“Direct Members” are Canadian individuals, partnerships, corporations or other legal entities engaged in the business of the export and/or merchandising of special crops and, at the discretion of the Board of Directors, may be required to hold a grain dealers license issued by the Canadian Grain Commission.
This category includes 3 subcategories:
“Processor Members” are individuals, partnerships, corporations or other legal entities engaged in the business allied with the export and/or merchandising of special crops, e.g. toll processors or food manufacturing companies.
Minimum contribution for this category is the CSCA Membership fee of $1,000+GST/year. Processor Members will be asked and encouraged to make targeted project contribution over and above their CSCA Membership fee.
“Associate Members” are individuals, partnerships, corporations or other legal entities engaged in a business allied with the export and/or merchandising of special crops.
Minimum annual contribution for this category is the CSCA Membership fee of $1,000+GST/year. Associate Members will be asked and encouraged to make targeted project contribution over and above their CSCA Membership fee.
“International Members” are individuals, partnerships, corporations or other legal entities engaged in the business of the export and or merchandising of special crops who maintain their place of business outside Canada.
Minimum contribution for this category is the CSCA Membership fee of $1,000+GST/year.
“Affiliate Members” are associations with objectives that are similar to the Canadian Special Crops Association. Minimum contribution for this category is the CSCA Membership fee of $200+GST/year.
